All attendees who will be submitting abstracts must register and pay their congress fees before submitting the abstract. Please register online and pay online using the secure online registration. Online registration and payment are strongly encouraged and are the preferred methods. If you are unable to register online, please contact: The Zenith Group PLEASE ONLY SEND CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS BY MAIL. DO NOT SEND CREDIT CARD NUMBERS! All checks should be made payable to: ICVM If paying by mail, you will have to pick up your receipt, if needed, at on-site registration on 27 July. The postmark will determine if early or late registration fees apply. Vendors Registration fee is applicable only if Vendor will be attending any portion of the conference.
Deadline For Early Registration: 1 October 2003.
Congress fees include: ICVM-7 information materials, abstract issue of the Journal of Morphology, online access to abstracts for 2 months prior to the meeting, full access to all scientific sessions, the welcoming reception, refreshments during breaks, and shuttle bus access between the Marriott and FAU during scheduled times. Membership Fees (required) are collected on behalf of the International Society of Vertebrate Morphologists (ISVM) and are included as part of the Congress fees. From these fees, you gain access to the congress, updated information about forthcoming meetings and events as well as trends in the study of vertebrate morphology. Tours, social programs, meals, and accommodations are NOT included in the Congress fees. If you need to cancel your registration, we can refund part of the fee if we receive your written request before 31 December 2003. We will retain 20% of your fees to cover administrative expenses. No refunds will be possible after 31 December 2003. All refunds will be issued at the conclusion of the meeting. |
