Registration Information

Online Registration

All those who will attend the Symposium must register. Early-registration deadline is 15 October 2006 if you want to avoid the higher fees associated with late registration. Early-registration fee is $125.00 (U.S. dollars) for regular members and $60.00 for student members. High income members who earn the equivalent of more than US$50,000 per year are asked to pay $195 for registration. Late registration (after 15 October 2006) will be $220 for high-income regular members, $160.00 for regular members, $95 for student members.

The registration fees above include the annual membership dues ($ 25.00) to the International Sea Turtle Society (ISTS).

If you do not wish to be a member of the ISTS, there will be an additional non-member fee of $25 added to your registration. The registration fee for one day is $50.00 and for two days $100.00.

The registration fee will be paid on-line (in U.S. dollars) through the Symposium website.

During your on-line registration you will have the option of paying also for tickets to the Welcome Social and the Farewell Banquet.

Credit card payments will only be accepted online.

Volunteers

We have a number of dedicated volunteers from the Carolinas, but we need national and international participation. If interested in volunteering at the Symosium please contact the Volunteer Coordinator Wendy Cluse wmc3@vol.com.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that you may cancel your registration up to one month before the start of the symposium and receive a refund of your fees. A 10% administration fee will be charged against ALL cancellations. Fees for cancellations requested after 22 January 2007 cannot be refunded.
