Registration will be done via the Internet. If you do not have internet access, please contact Billy Brooks, Local Committee Chair at (904)-232-2580 ext. 104.

If you are unable to pay online you may send a check made out to "The Waterbird Society" to:

Early registration ends PRECISELY at midnight on 15 September 2005

NOTE: registration includes hot lunches on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, as well as the banquet dinner on Saturday night. Also, a continental breakfast is included as part of the hotel room cost. There is a $15 cost for the "Low Country Boil" social on Friday evening, which is not included in the registration cost but can be paid at the time of registration. Non-member registration includes membership in WS for one year.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that you may cancel your registration up to two weeks before the start of the conference and receive a refund of your fees. A 10% administration fee will be charged against ALL cancellations. Fees for cancellations requested after 29th September 2005 cannot be refunded.
